Our company culture and values go hand in hand. These are the skills we like to teach in the venues we work in with the retail crew members. We call it our Itinerary to Success!

Our company culture is represented by the term CREW. This acronym stands for class, recognition, empowerment, and wellbeing. These skills are what we want our crew to have in them to make them the best they can be.

It’s no coincidence our values “float” on our culture. Our culture is our foundation and it’s what supports our values.

Our values are referred to as DECKS. These stand for dedication, equality, cultivate, knowledge, and sustainability. These are the skills that we want our crew to produce for themselves and others.

Our company is guided by our Itinerary to Success. This is a representation of who we are, what we portray, and where we are going.

When our “ship” is floating and moving, it produces our purpose - Three Funnel Selling. Our purpose is to offer an experience to elevate retail and bring revenue to our venues. Three Funnel Selling is our unique selling strategy that utilizes three easy steps. This includes embark, onboard, and disembark strategies.

With this, our company is guided by our Itinerary to Success. This is a representation of who we are, what we portray, and where we are going. We train these skills so the retail crew members can better serve your values, your mission, and your guests.
