• Work with local vendors to procure custom, unique, educational, and authentic product assortments.

• Work with recognized groups to source best-in-class suppliers.

• Ensure guest comfort by stocking toiletries, food, and beverages.

Using a predetermined budget, we will purchase inventory on your behalf as agent. Invoices can be billed directly to your venue or through RMS Retailers for reimbursement (upon approval).

You own the inventory, so we buy what you’d want to see in your stores to represent your mission. We buy quality items that are meant to be in your venue. We also work with consignment options where available.

We work directly with your finance teams to ensure invoices are kept up to date and cost of goods sold are within the pre-budgeted amount. We believe in a healthy inventory, and we plan out the needs of the business for you.

Need something unique and we can’t find a vendor? We can produce the merchandise! Whether its replica document printouts or candy filled jars, we’re here to help deliver the products you want to see for your guests. Plus, we don’t look for a profit on these items, it's a complete passthrough on cost.
